The key to a great campaign is a strong, consistent message. It should be the base for all internal and external communication. In this workshop we will cover the fundamentals on all things message and strategy. We’ll help you understand:
What is a message and why do I need one?
What makes a message good?
How do I create a message that moves my audience?
How do I stick to that message – no matter what the topic or medium?

2. Opinion Research

This workshop will dive into using research tools to shape your communications strategy and reach your audience with messages that work.
Whether you have the capacity to fund research yourself, or you’re relying on publicly available polling and data, understanding how different research tools can help your campaign is part of setting yourself up for success. We’ll talk about:
What can we learn about our audience through polling and focus groups?
How do we use opinion research to shape our message and tactics?

3. Strategic Messaging Problem Solving
